CF100 & CF200

Rugged and perfect for portable hydronic air heating applications.  Designed for harsh environments & high reliability. The fan drive is completely enclosed for safety and durability. Provides warm dry heat with absolutely no combustion fumes. Long connecting hoses make these perfect for positioning in remote areas. They have small foot prints and low center of gravity for stable positioning where you need heated air. The discharge face has integral low friction rub rails that allow it to be easily slid along horizontal surfaces and large pipes.

Similar to the CF100, this unit is specifically designed to be used in hazardous Petrochemical and Oil environments which require Explosion Proof devices.

The HeatZone™ unit is specifically engineered and sized to be inserted into the interior of petrochemical and oil tanks through the manhole cover to provide explosion-free heating.

Sturdy aluminum construction with generous hand-holds, make this unit perfect for manhandling into tight places...  As rugged as the CF100.

Accessories

extends the range of the Thawzall up to 50 feet, allowing you to lay out the hoses in different zones away from the base machine. It organizes the use of multiple hoses running into the job site while keeping the base unit outside.		 Thawzall image The Long Shot
Provides longer runs - up to 1,200 lineal feet. Mixing valve provides temperature control for concrete curing. Unit has supply & return temperature gauges and sight flow indicators. Operating range from 100 - 150° F.

Unit Heater
provides any enclosed site with clean, dry, fume-free heat. Each unit has a maximum output of 121,000 BTUs at 200° water temp. Up to 4 Heaters may be applied per Thawzall.

(A high capacity 290,000 BTU heater is also available)

CCS station

CCS Concrete Curing Station allows you to easily expand the capability of your base Thawzall unit by allocating and distributing BTUs needed for correct CURING of concrete while allowing the boiler to run at full capacity and max efficiency. The CCS includes our 5-zone patented fluid distribution system and includes two 50' sections of hose for connection to the accessory port on the Thawzall base uit.

Insulated Blankets

Placed over Thawzall's hydronic hose, insulated blankets facilitate concrete curing, ground thawing or any other construction need. These blankets are available with either R-6 or R-12 insulation factors.

PowerBlankets™ are not used with Thawzall units. Simply hook them up to any 110 Volt outlet.
